"The sometimes hundreds of engineers involved in a major product development project need clear direction and visible decisions. If not, confusion will replace creativity. My research project aims to objectively verify my opinion, and, eventually, suggest how the decision making culture could be improved."
My research interest is to understand how innovation and renewal can occur in interorganizational contexts with special focus on the benefit and opportunities for users, customers and the society (sustainable development).
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering (Kasetsart University, Thailand, 2006) and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Product-Service System Innovation (Blekinge Institute of Technology, 2012). Based on my personal interest in 3D printing, my aim is to identify the added values of this technology and its contribution to the future of manufacturing.
As researcher, lecturer and supervisor in Innovation Engineering I get to develop and share my passion for individual and organizational development – with a special focus on business strategy, customer orientation and innovation.
